For those who don't know the story, DJ Rush exploded the speed of sound like no other frontman in Techno around the year of 2000. For his unique and ruff style he became a pioneer and a leader in the hardtechno scene. He broke certain boundaries in which became one of the strongest genres in techno at that time. Only a small group of artists in the techno scene can be considered a pioneer and Nina Kraviz is one of them. Because she has fronted, played, pushed and released a totally new and different sound into the techno. When that happens, a whole new spectrum unwraps and the music starts evolving instead of being stagnated. She plays experimental, rare and abstract music that no one of her ranks would dare to play for the mass audience. When you are in that position, you can play it safe without taking changes. Or you can be a pioneer and change things by open up traits for new advances, new directions and take the genre further into the future.
