Did an interview for Berlin FM with this Legend. DJ Rush.
He's playing tonight!
Tomorrow the bearded version of this impostor will play #tranceforadults between 2-4 am and it's my first time at Suicide Circus!
I'm on a compilation on SoHaSo with some fine fine people like Love over Entropy ft. Ripperton and Quince and this is my contribution.
It's been in my live-set for more than 4 years and I've only played it as that "one more track" since it's a bit slower than my usual stuff. I played it early on in mine and Nuno Dos Santos B2B set at Trouw some years ago and he's been trying to get it off of me...and he succeeded finally. https://soundcloud.com/the-ransom-note/premiere-aril-brikha-eat-the-heart-something-happening-somewhere
This track came out around the same time I moved to Stockholm as a 18 year old from Jönköping and I would get to hear it pretty much every weekend at clubs like Turbin which was situated smack in the middle of posh Stureplan. The years that followed were quit sad as all clubs and parties playing Techno music got shut down because the link to drugs...unlike the clubs with rich brats in them. Funny enough 20 years later all brats became man bun sporting, fist pumping "deep house" fans.
This was still that moment I felt so extremely happy being in a place like Stockholm when you got to hear this track, Minimal Nation and Purpose Maker mixed into each other in one night.
